These Sessions will be 1 Hour long. Every session we will be working on a progressing system of Jorakay Muay Thai. These sessions will be tailored specifically to you. After every session you will get techniques to work on for the next session. You will just need a space to setup mats (Provided) for our safety (Garage, Drive way, Back yard, Etc.). Recommended Gear: Hand Wraps (180 inch) , Boxing Gloves ( 16oz), Shin Guards and a mouth piece.
This will be an 1:00-1:15 hours long session. I will go over all the basics of Muay Thai to prepare you for future sessions. I can provide loaner gear for this lesson. Make sure you have a space big enough to train prior to session (Garage, Drive way, Back yard, Living room, Etc.)
